Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Evrenclothes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
EXCHANGES
We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
